1. Who we are

Know Myself is an independently run website that offers free personality quizzes and, optionally, a paid written report generated from your own answers. It is a small independent business, not a clinic, a counselling service or a financial adviser. You can reach us at hello@knowmyself.co; we reply to every message within three business days.

2. What is free and what is paid

Every quiz, every result page, your dimension scores and the summary that explains them are free, with no account and no email address required. Nothing on this site is a subscription.

The only thing we sell is the full report: a personalised piece of writing generated from your own answers (or, for the couple report, from both partners' answers) the moment you pay. The price is shown in US dollars on the button you press to buy and in the pricing section of the home page. Depending on where you live, VAT, GST or sales tax may be added at checkout; the exact total is shown before you confirm payment.

3. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. In practice this means Creem is the seller you buy from: it charges your card or wallet, issues your receipt and invoice, calculates and remits any applicable taxes based on your billing address, and processes refunds back to your payment method. The charge on your bank or card statement appears as CREEM.IO rather than under our name.

By buying you also accept Creem's Buyer Terms, which govern the payment itself and are shown at checkout; Creem's handling of your payment data is described in Creem's privacy notice. We never see or store your card number. Creem passes to us only what we need to deliver your report: your email address, the order reference and the product you bought.

4. Delivery

Your report is written and delivered immediately after payment, on the page Creem returns you to. Generation usually takes about a minute; do not close the page while it says it is writing. The finished report stays available at your private link, and if you entered an email address at checkout we also send the link there.

We keep purchased reports online for at least twelve months after purchase. Every report can be saved as a PDF from the report page, and we recommend doing so.

5. Refunds

Because each report is created on demand and delivered instantly, it cannot be returned once it has been generated. When you press the purchase button you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period exists, you lose it once the report has been delivered.

We do refund in full when something goes technically wrong: a report that never generated, a report in the wrong language, a duplicate charge, or a purchase of the wrong product. Refunds are always issued through Creem, never by us directly. Details, time limits and how to ask are in our Refund Policy.

6. Who may use the site

The quizzes are written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report. If you are under 16, please do not use this site.

7. What a report is, and is not

Reports are produced by an AI language model (Anthropic's Claude) from your answers, following instructions we wrote, and are delivered without being read by a human first. They can contain mistakes, generalisations or interpretations that do not fit you. A complete sample report is published so that you can judge the writing before spending anything. Know Myself is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

The quizzes and reports are for self-reflection and education. They are not psychological testing, a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and they cannot replace a qualified professional who knows your situation. The star-map imagery is a visual style only: no result is based on astrology, birth dates or any form of fortune-telling. If a result touches something painful, please talk to someone qualified; if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

8. Your content and ours

Your answers remain yours. You allow us to process them, and to pass them to the AI service that writes your report, solely to provide what you asked for.

The quiz questions, result texts, illustrations, site design and the text of the reports we deliver are protected by copyright. A report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share your result card and links; you may not copy, scrape, translate or republish the quizzes, or resell or redistribute a report.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, to access it by automated means at volume, to bypass the payment flow, or to use it in any way that is unlawful or harms other people. We may withhold service from anyone who does.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, add or retire quizzes, adjust prices or update these terms at any time. A change of price never affects a purchase you have already completed, and the version of these terms shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We try to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

11. Liability

The quizzes and reports are provided as they are, and any decision you make about your relationships, your money or your wellbeing remains your own. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
